When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Monday and Thursday. Your order will typically be roasted the next available roasting day after your purchase.
How should I store my coffee beans?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide global shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for coffee?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on any product page to receive automatic deliveries every 2, 4, or 6 weeks and save 15% on every order.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work exclusively with Fair Trade certified farms and direct-trade partners to ensure that farmers are paid sustainable wages and use environmentally friendly growing practices.
